You seem much more reasonable than the previous poster, but it still remains the case that it's not up to you to decide general coal policy. You have that power over this post because you created it. Any one of us could create the next post.

I know, that's why I'm asking and not just doing it. I don't see the point in leaving a trail of half-dead threads as we move from post to post.
