73/500. Well, 72, plus one that ended up at 140 words due to other restrictions of form.

More plotting on the main story! Probably too much plotting, as I was suddenly too intimidated to write on that. So damn.

Wrote 1'000 of sitcom-like hijinks for a treat instead; I thought the treat would be 2'500, but that was just the intro... So 3'000 should be more likely.

Going to bed early in hopes of breaking this week's trend of nodding off at the office until mid-afternoon.

I wrote 750 words of non-Yuletide plot bunny, but I didn't manage to get anything on my YT fics. Oh well, it's still way over my 200 word goal. And I like the bunny. And I'm still sick and have been having trouble thinking all day, so getting anything done is a victory, even if it's just wordy dialog.

You're right, anything is a victory. You can always try to catch up, little by little, when you feel better.

Mostly just roughing out the plot of my main gift, because I'm stuck at the porny bits of treat #1. Come on, boys - get it together! Kiss and smoosh bodies already.

602 words, still the treats. I wonder if I should give up on waiting for my recipient to update her placeholder and just start writing whatever comes to mind. (A dangerous thought.)

All of these words today were on my Yuletide assignment! It's a slightly lower wordcount than earlier this week but I'm glad to be getting started on my fic so early, so I'm happy with my progress.
