A better day than expected. I'd thought getting this fic off the ground would be like pulling teeth, but it's been much smoother than I thought. Dentistry tomorrow, no doubt.

I wrote almost 1000 words yesterday! I'm up to 9800 total on Yuletide.

Drabbles coalie resurfacing - dragged the total up to 90 today. Ideally I should be at 250, but what the hell. To be honest, I'm pretty pleased even with 90 drabbles! I reckon if I can get to 150 by the end of November I'll post the lot and be damned.

90 is pretty damned impressive, coalie! To me writing 500 drabbles sounds a lot harder than writing 50K of longfic.

It is! I realise now that I could quite happily fill a couple of thousand words with loving descriptions of the scenery, whereas every single drabble needs, if not a plot, then at least a concept, and it's turning out to be really tiring!

150 is doable from here. I think I'm going to go for 250 by the end of November and call it a month.
