I just added 450 words to my treat, bringing it to . Finally on to the climactic scene to 2,930. I want to get this scene done today, because there are two more treats I definitely want to write, and today and tomorrow morning are probably my last snippets of time.

3,500 words, and still only one has his shirt off (and that's been for a while now). But there is some light groping. This should be over by now.

Ugh, still at 3,500, had distactions. I want to finish this tonight.

It turns out Christmas dinner won't be here, which eases the pressure on me somewhat. I may have time to eke out those other two treats, though they'll have to be thousand-worders. No more 3-8k stories from me this year. But I also have a little shopping, baking, candy making and cooking to do, among other things. Next year I hope there's no major life upheaval, because I'd love to really be able to start when the letters go up and continue writing all the way to the end. What fun.

Okay, back to the salt mines!

So I got some more writing done, then Dad fell in the bathroom (he's okay!), and I got mentally far away from it.

Treat-in-progress is at 3,900. And I had a dilemma that I was doing it all wrong, and just felt disrupted and blah. So I took a shower for a fresh start, and got down 800 words on the straight-up porny one of the two others I'd hoped to write. Yuleporn, even.

Thank you. I'm particularly jazzed that the Yuleporn is for a fellow coalie. A coalie I would have liked to treat, whose fannish identity I know (and she knows mine), didn't request anything I can write. Squints at her, she knows who she is...hehe. So I was happy that someone kind of outed herself recently and wanted something I thought would be pretty hot, too. ;) Feel the coalie love. And porn.

It's at 1,350 right now, and there's actual sex happening, and I can probably be done by 2k or so. It definitely won't turn into an epic. I think the treat I've been working on longer with 3k before anything starst to happen is harder because it's RPF, and I feel like I have to be more careful. I don't know. Dumbness!

The Yuleporn treat is finished and posted at just over 2k. I would love to add one more scene, but that has to wait, if it happens. I still have to finish the treat that just will not, and give everything another round of proofreading (and I'll still miss some, but hey). It rankles me that the treat I just posted was started and stopped today, but this other one just keeeeeeps gooooingg.

If I get that done, then maybe there'll be another sex scene. I have a humorous treat I'd really like to write, too. Oh, who am I kidding. There are several I'd love to do, but limitations, man.

Anyway, off to work on yet more sex. \o/

Well done! It's tough when things don't just behave and come to a nice stopping point on their own but that's really impressive. Yay for more Yuleporn!
