The writer for the banned person told everyone here about it back when assignments went out. It's not that juicy really, they were assigned someone who used Any wrong and only made requests for unnominated characters, when their writer asked the mods to get in touch with them to ask what they'd want with the characters who were actually nominated they refused to go along with 'Any' not meaning whomever you want (and apparently were very jackassity about it, which is why they were banned instead of their writer being advised to ODAO them), they banned that person and gave their writer a new assignment.

Did they even get banned, though? Or just kicked out of the exchange this year.
