Oh man, all of those prompts are a tough call for anyone who's actually read the book. I haven't seen the movie yet, so maybe it is sufficiently different to come up with new ideas, but if you've read the book then all those requests for backstory are going to be hard to deal with, even if you signed up for the movie in good faith. Or really easy, if you plagiarise, I guess.
Having said that, I do love epistolary fic, and part of me is tempted to write a little something where they start out writing but the letters get more and more generic and finally just... stop.
