With all the talk of non-commenters and with the recurring yearly wank about short treats, I thought I'd compile a list of non-commenters for 2016 Madness. Some people did not comment on shared gifts, but I'm not listing them unless they also did not comment on non-shared yuletide gifts. The only reason I even looked at any with more than two recips was if they'd already not commented on sole recip gifts. Partway through checking the collection, I decided to start noting some of the better giftee commenters, which I'll put at the end. I'm including my notes in their unorganized entirety, which include if they commented on their main collection fic. In almost all cases, I only checked out Yuletide, Madness, and NYR gifts, and only back to 2012.
