I miss IRC for another reason. It was a lot faster then Discord and didn't prescribe to me which parts of the window I can not opt out of. It also required less screen estate/had more information per area of screen estate.

It's more that you're raising a lot of hackles by freezing and deleting in a community that's used to hands-off modding. Especially by immediately freezing your own comments so nobody can directly reply to your accusations.

Chock-bawks deleting trans wank is the best gift I have ever received. I am so grateful for a transphobia-free coal experience. I suggest that people who want to be transphobic can make their own post or exclusively use posts by heavensqueen, and people who don’t want that to be part of their coal experience can use posts by chock-bawks. I would absolutely use chock posts exclusively if they’re willing to save us from both capcha and transwank on the regular.

We should be able to be as nasty about exchanges as we want but I'm fine with deleting the irrelevant social justice wank. If even one or two people take the bait and won't stop arguing, these shitty social justice threads spiral into hundreds and hundreds of comments that have nothing to do with fic exchanges. I don't come here to read anons' opinions on asexuals or trans people or whatever the fuck and someone's always stupid enough to keep arguments with trolls going for days.
