Is this a modern(ish) canon? Could A get a DUI or into a car accident after going out one night that is bad enough that it rattles them and they have to rely on B while they can't drive/are recovering from injuries, which leads to H/C (emotional and physical) porn?

Victorian, but I like the way you think. I'd do something with horses, but A is broken to the point where he doesn't leave the fancy mansion a lot.

Oooh gotcha! Yes, drunkenly decides to drive his own carriage and ends up in a ditch, drunkenly agrees to a duel, drunkenly picks a fight at some gaming establishment and gets beat up, I like the Victorian options! And then yes, lots of opportunity for A to physically lean on B (which is a fav component of h/c for me).

Again, I love love love your ideas, and if it were any other historic fandom, I'd go with them in a heartbeat. But A just doesn't duel or fight, since he's quite the coward(hence why he drinks).

...Though having A lean on B is really really cute, so that's a definite taker.

Drunkenly breaks something and cuts his hands so he needs someone around to help him with tings. He falls as was suggested above. He drunkenly tries to get something from a high shelf (books or some heavy items) and either falls when climbing to get it or pulls heavy things down on top of him resulting in injury (and maybe being trapped until B arrives in rescue). Trips and hits his head. Takes a tumble from a first story window that he fell alseep in during a drinking session. Drunkenly gets angry at a maid and tries to show her how to clean properly which leads to injury ( trying to climb to dust something, mopping himself into a corner and slipping on wet floor). Tries to cook something and burns himself.

Drunkenly sets something on fire and the fire gets pretty serious as he doesn't notice it and/or drunkenly tries to put it out?
