I'm having problems with it too. Letters will only show up if you click PROMPTS, but that's only the ones who wrote something in the optional details field. If they didn't then it doesn't show up at all.

Got details for me? I'm just getting off work but if you give me your browser details and it's still happening I can investigate. Looks fine on my phone but I'm a bit dead from the gym...
