Civil rights movements throughout history have very often failed to be intersectional - feminism with women of color, Black and Chicano movements with women and gays, and so on - but equating TERFs and Nazis is very fundamentally asserting that fighting for women is just like fighting for white Aryans.

(Anonymous) 2018-10-24 03:42 pm (UTC)(link)I get what you're saying, but a) I didn't exactly equate them, I just said I wanted them both gone and b) I fundamentally disagree with the fact that TERFs are "fighting for women", seeing as there whole point is to throw whole groups of women who don't fit in under the bus. There's a difference between feminists failing to include other groups of women (which is bad enough but can come from a place of ignorance or lack of education rather than malice) and actively fighting against a specific group of women.
