I've seen a couple of xeno prompts for the trickortreat exchange (Gamora/Groot and there's a Teen Wolf one) but don't think I've seen any for Yuletide yet.

I tried setting up an LJ for small fandom and crossover prompts a few years ago. Never managed to get any attention. :(

I only like good fic, which is to say, I expect 10k of in character plotty goodness and if you cannot give that to me then you should default. I've had a rough year of it this year, my dog died, and your fic will bring me joy so I just want that out of the way now.

Keeping the nominations for an entire year would bring its own wank but it'd cut down on a lot of work for the mods and my fandoms would be in for the three Yuletides a year.

Holy shit, *two* people have offered to write this fandom of one movie that doesn't yet have a letter. This is awesome.

ayrt I suppose a case could be made for adding new fandoms that didn't exist when the year's nominations were made (i.e. a new TV show or new book), but we could simply keep the existing nominations to cut down work for the mods. And once a year the nominations are done from scratch as they are now. It would be greaaaat.

Question: I wrote my DYW letter with 6 fandom prompts. After waffling for a bit, I've decided to only request 3 fandoms, but I like the prompts I've come up with for the other 3 fandoms as well. Is it obnoxious to leave the other 3 prompts in my letter in case someone is inspired by them? (And obviously, I want treats of course. But I also honestly think my prompts are fun and could inspire bunnies.)

I heard they're both going to happen, but who knows? Maybe they want to give people more time to figure out their sign-ups first.
