Honestly, I get that the wook wank was a big deal one year, but I feel like saying you'd default on her is really excessive. The problem that year was that the author decided to write her first ever BDSM fic (which wook didn't specifically request) and also intentionally went against a (minor, yes) detail that wook made clear she wanted to go a certain way. It was, for all intents and purposes, coal. Just because she didn't swallow it and Cult of Nice about it doesn't mean she's going to wank about a story that actually tries and doesn't do anything that could be easily construed as trolly.

I've never written anything below 6k for Yuletide and I don't plan to start now!

The ones where they aren't clones and they aren't even related are the weirdest. I've seen handwavey septuplets or quintuplets or whatever (depending on how many characters are involved) and it wasn't too bad, but when they're not even related?? I'm I supposed to assume they don't look the same?

Yeah, I wouldn't care if I got her. She's wanky but not about Yuletide specifically. Most people who are Yuletide-wanky aren't otherwise wanky, actually, I've noticed.

Wook was a huge, huge, unimaginable bitch in a harry potter exchange, too. Being nasty about exchanges is not a one-off thing with her.

...well, that's getting dropped from my offers. The requester clearly doesn't know much about how mental illness is regarded in Japan -- the shame and stigma surrounding it is leaps and bounds worse than it is in any Western country. Hell, a lot of the basic SSRIs and other standard drugs, like Prozac, aren't even available in Japan as possible prescriptions. For serious mental illnesses (like schizophrenia), you don't get drugs or therapy so much as you get sent to a locked psychiatric ward for electroshock treatments, if you're lucky.

(Strong feelings on this: one of my friends who works in Japan has had two of his co-workers kill themselves in the last four years, and untreated manic depression was the overriding cause in both cases. People suffer in silence for years because there often isn't any kind of support structure in place for them, and suicide is the usual way out.)

I can understand wanting darkfic, but the expression here leaves a lot to be desired.
