I don't know anything about those people, so maybe I'm wrong, but -- how is that interracial? Spanish and Swiss, that'd usually mean they're both white.

Spanish people are considered POC everywhere, except maybe to Americans?

Regardless, the Spanish one is very brown and would never be confused for a white guy, so he's literally a person of color, even if you find the Spanish ~race to be "white".

How do you figure Spaniards are POC? What race would you say they are, exactly? I'm sincerely curious about your justification. Brown skin isn't exactly a qualification for non-Caucasian.

"hispanic" is not a word Europeans would ever use to describe other Europeans. It's an American term.

Hispanics come from South America.

Spaniards and Mexicans speak almost the same language, but that has nothing to do with race.

You have this exactly reversed, it's Americans who constantly mistake Spanish people for default POC because they assume anyone whose name sounds Mexican can't be white.

Er... No they aren't. Hispanic people are often considered POCs by Americans but Spaniards aren't by anybody else. Unless they happen to be Spaniards of colour of course.
