Me. I've read the tagset and started a doc with potential offers (waaaay too big, just a start) and requests. I'm feeling really bleh/boring because as it looks, I may end up recycling all requests from prior years. I mean, that's okay, but I'm just needing to think about it a bit more.

I want to get a letter up in time for people to actually see it linked on the letters post, but figure there's time still.

I'm in the same boat, nonny. I've got a doc open and I scrubbed the tag set and ended up with way more interests than I'd expected. Now I'm trying to narrow it down, but I'm still pretty sure three or four will just be repeats from previous years.
