Yeah, it seems like they want a heavy-plot gen fic but the only prompt they have for vampire game is 'anything about the manga'. Of course I can make a 1001 words gen fic about the gang fighting a giant squid, but if they want some nice plot (as they said themselves that they're a plot and characterisation whore) at least give me some ideas :(

I think I know what you mean. It's been a long time since I've read the manga, but I'd actually offer it (and then review canon if we matched) if they had prompts that stood out to me ~~and if I could remember who one of their requested characters were~~.

That's the danger we all run into, though. There are plenty of fandoms I can write for but won't because the letter doesn't list prompts that speak to me.

So are we now judging letters that don't have what we consider "good" prompts (IE prompts we like)? If so, I have a whole slew of them I could list.
