There are a lot of Hamilton requests I'm really into and since the odds of getting this person are relatively low (because there are so many requests) I'm still going to chance it. But yikes, I feel for whoever gets that person.

I think anyone who got this assignment would be fully justified in going ODAO and simply writing something to fit another letter's requests instead, only gifting it to this person in name.

A misused "Any" request, no less, given that they all but say they're not terribly interested in Laurens and not at all in Washington.
