Well, honestly, before that her record with placeholders was so bad that I still consider it an overwhelming improvement. I respect her for a) seeming to have (mostly) gotten the point, and b) choosing to demonstrate that rather than flouncing. If she backslides now and then ... well, nobody's perfect. But it does seem to me like she's making an effort, and I'm willing to congratulate that.

Yeah, I checked a couple months ago when someone on coal reminded me of what happened last year, and I was glad to see that she actually does seem to be doing much much better at both getting her letters up and commenting on gifts this year. Not perfect, but no longer blatantly awful.
