But a lot of good fic has been taken down due to the Kane debacle. Which, understandable, but still, it's a shame that such good writing was lost.

That only matters if you liked the Kane/Toews dynamic, honestly, and I know there were lots of people who didn't. You can find just about every story in any fic finder thread though, if that helps?

Benn/Seguin are the new, less problematic redemption arc ship and it only seems
to be growing. The old K/T ground will be retread soon enough, especially now that nobody can point to an existing fic for plagiarism.

Very true. Most of my favorite fic wasn't taken down, anyways. I think the only one I miss is Merrin's "Measure of a Fall", which I liked as a character study future-fic.
