Sunless Sea/The Goblin Emperor

Transposing the characters and premise of The Goblin Emperor into the Sunless Sea setting. Nicely creepy: I was in actual suspense about the ending of this one.

DA - Can a fan of The Goblin Emperor enjoy that fic without knowing Sunless Sea, do you think?

Hm. I think so! All you need to know is that Sunless Sea is basically steampunk ships on a creepy underground ocean. There are lots of setting-specific references, but all the plot makes sense regardless.
