Does that mean anyone who has ever done gymnastics? Done the ancient precursor to gymnastics in whatever the fuck country? Taken gymnastic lessons at the local gym? Can I request the obscure gymnast who's never qualified for US nationals because she lives two streets down from me and is technically a public figure?

All of them could be nominated so yeah.

I agree that they are broad and nebulous. "[Country] Actor RPF" literally just needs one more tiny bit of specificity and it would be the right kind of broad that the mods would willingly let in. "Chinese Born Actor RPF". "21st CE Chinese Actor RPF". Anything. The mods should have let them rename it and then made their rules a tiny bit more clear for the people like the nominator who still don't seem to get it.

Yes. Unless it is a fandom they are also in, 100% yes. They...are kind of consistent about it...until you get to the fandom they like. If mod cared about Kiwi shows then you bet "New Zealand Actor RPF" would magically get in or would be granted a rename.
