Sorry. I didn't mean you take that comment personally. My complaint was about the recipe, which--as you say--you got from a book. (Big name chef he may be; but that was only a variant of a traditional recipe.)

I had NO problems with your story. I enjoyed it a lot. I should have said that up front, shouldn't I?
