I know this is tricky without naming the canon, but what kind of dynamic is it? (And what are you comfortable writing with the third character? Why are they anti-ship material for you?)

If the third character has a platonic relationship with the other characters, you could write gen scenes about those while doing shippy things with the other two. As long as you aren't character-bashing or hitting the "THIS IS ONLY PLATONIC AND THEY LOVE EACH OTHER LIKE SIBLINGS" button too hard, that might be sufficient? Especially since you said the recip is okay with "any combination of the three."
