I think it's wanky because it suggests that it's somehow inconsiderate/rude to request rule 63 and to list it among your femslash requests.

This wank is about whether or not you should add genderbent f/f to a collection or other fest. The collection/fest runner has said no. No one is stopping you from writing or requesting it on your own. Just don't tag it with their thing, and no one will care.
