Wow. How is this person even into this fandom?

Well, I've been going through them and one links to the requester's h/c tag for possible prompts. As someone who loves h/c, I am genuinely impressed that nothing in their tag appeals to me in the slightest. I didn't realize one trope could be liked in two such different ways.

But if you dnw non-canonical pairings there's no option of other m/f pairings.

Character A is a depressed alchoholic who's pretty much given up on everything. Character B is a really good long-term friend. They're both in their late 20's-early 30's. Not sure how to really write a confrontation or make A try to give the tinyest of fucks. Ideal scenario is H/C porn, but not sure how to or if appropriate to lead into that.

I know, I'm really sad about it. :(

As a predominantly gen writer, this sort of thing shouldn't bother me, so I guess it's kind of a personal issue.

Is this a modern(ish) canon? Could A get a DUI or into a car accident after going out one night that is bad enough that it rattles them and they have to rely on B while they can't drive/are recovering from injuries, which leads to H/C (emotional and physical) porn?

When it's gone on for fifty comments and isn't slowing down and has nothing to do with Yuletide, I'd say start freezing.

Victorian, but I like the way you think. I'd do something with horses, but A is broken to the point where he doesn't leave the fancy mansion a lot.

A needs to dry out for some reason (court date, need to see family they haven't interacted with in a while, new job, doctor told them they gotta stop drinking or they'll die) and they ask B to help them through it. Cue lots of h/c (you can focus on shakes/fever, being ill, or moodswings depending on the h/c the recip likes) and there's lots of opportunities for sex while A is looking for distractions to keep them from drinking.

If either of you is into unhealthy shit then you could have the addiction shift from booze to B.

The ones with letters posted before assignments went out are mostly good, and theres a quiet gem hiding here or there in he new ones. It's just that most of the new ones are...not good.

Oooh gotcha! Yes, drunkenly decides to drive his own carriage and ends up in a ditch, drunkenly agrees to a duel, drunkenly picks a fight at some gaming establishment and gets beat up, I like the Victorian options! And then yes, lots of opportunity for A to physically lean on B (which is a fav component of h/c for me).

I'm having problems with it too. Letters will only show up if you click PROMPTS, but that's only the ones who wrote something in the optional details field. If they didn't then it doesn't show up at all.

Again, I love love love your ideas, and if it were any other historic fandom, I'd go with them in a heartbeat. But A just doesn't duel or fight, since he's quite the coward(hence why he drinks).

...Though having A lean on B is really really cute, so that's a definite taker.
