I've got the first book in Rivers of London waiting for me at the library. Also As Meat Loves Salt.

Just bought the first Rivers of London, and I'm going to go through a ton of the various rec/categorized lists later.

I'm thinking about checking out Carmilla based on letters/the talk on coal.

This comment reminded me that I meant to check it out for the same reason, and now I'm 12 episodes in and completely in love.

It's cute and pretty silly! I hope there's some adorable femslashy fic.

My friend has been pimping the Raven Cycle pretty hard and she got me, especially since the next book just came out today, so I'll be on par with the rest of the fandom when I get caught up. Also, the pimping post got me to download The Art of Fielding, though I don't know if I'll be done reading it in time to treat anyone.

Ancillary Justice and just moved on to Ancillary Sword. Vienna Teng songs. Treeful of Starling, as it turns out for the third time. (It was on my Exchanges playlist from last year, probably from last Yuletide and maybe Jukebox?) (And which I am clearly doing wrong, because everyone seems to love this album, and I always kind of get bored several songs in.)

I bought Death by Silver, but I doubt I will read it before sign-ups close. But if I end up liking the novel, I might have a look at the letters then and write a treat for someone. As a thank you to the person who pimped the books maybe.

I'm currently reading through Code Name Verity. I don't know if I'm willing to offer if people have prompts with lots of research required, though.

In the past week, I have borrowed the first book of the Johannes Cabal series and the first Raven Cycle from my library. I've dug through my seriously disorganized book shelf* to find the first River of London book and bookmarked Veritas episodes on YouTube.

Now I just have to decide which one to dive into first.

*By book shelf, I mean multiple sets of shelves, my nightstand, the end table next to 'my' spot on the couch and several large cardboard boxes.

I had already downloaded Star Control to try out, but I might carve out some time to actually play it.

Vassalord. I meant to read it last year, but forgot about it until I saw the same person request it again this year.

I'm waitlisted for both seasons of Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries at the library.

I'm so mad at that person who posted requests for all those short little games like God Save The Queen and Hatoful Kareshi and that monster thing because now I'm playing all of them and I have work to do.
