They're really electric together, and last I checked most of the fic was ... eh. Not what I'm looking for. Though I would go for a Royalty AU for them with lots of court intrigue and Shades as the hot Rasputin type.

Oh, it appears he isn't, but the signups were before a lot of people watched the whole series, so maybe there are prompts with him as an optional detail?

That is all I can find for you. There are some requests for Mariah that might allow you some leeway but these are the only ones mentioning Shades AFAICS

PS Mariah x Shades: Okay, these two are not my usual thing–super baddies who may or may not be playing each other–but I found them so compelling. There’s so much to unpack here. What is Alvarez’s deal? How does he know Mariah? He implies that they’ve met but when? And how? Does Mariah even like him or is she just doing what she knows he wants? I NEED TO KNOW. They say very little to one another besides, you know, murder logistics–I want to read more. I AM FASCINATED BY THEIR WEIRD SEXUAL ENERGY.
