My gift is tagged "poetry". I'm baffled. Nowhere in my letter did I say I liked poetry.

Hmm, I used that tag - but the characters are poets. Crap, is that tag for actual poetry?

The characters arenot canonically poets.

I've seen it used sometimes as a tag not only for 'fic is in poetical form', but also when there's some poetry included in the fic, or they're discussing it. There's still a little hope!

Hopefully! But the fic is barely over the minimum (1007 words) so I'm going to set my expectations very very low.
